The Bar 7T Centennial Ranch is recognized by History Colorado as a Colorado Centennial Ranch. Our ranch was homesteaded in 1915 by Claude and Lillie Everett. The Bar 7T brand and ranch have been family-owned for over 100 years. The original barns, ice house, bunk house, ponds, and ditches are still in use. Each generation has added to the ranch making it a beautiful, unique, and historical mountain property that is ideal for producing delicious beef!
