The Bar 7T Centennial Ranch is recognized by History Colorado as a Colorado Centennial Ranch. Our ranch was homesteaded in 1915 by Claude and Lillie Everett. The Bar 7T brand and ranch have been family owned for over 100 years. The original barns, ice house, bunk house, ponds, and ditches are still in use. Each generation has added to the ranch making it a beautiful, unique, and historical mountain property that is ideal for producing delicious beef!
